Introduced to the market in the early 60’s, the reference 3445 was Patek Philippe’s first automatic wristwatch with a date function. It was uncommon at that time to have such a large case, hence, this enabled the reference to stay popular and relevant among collectors even up till today. This white gold model bears the coat of arms of Egypt on a silver dial with silver baton numerals and applied dot indexes mounted on a white gold bracelet.
