The faded white dial showing its age has roman numerals with the classic black inner Cartier minute track. Signed Cartier above the at 12 and Paris below the inner minute track, blue steel spade hands complete this unusual horizontal rectangular watch mounted by four round diamond lugs onto a black leather strap.
