A very rare vintage Cartier Turquoise Enamel. The square bezel is decorated with an outer and inner yellow gold ridged rim that encase a pale blue enamel border with applied gold roman numerals and intermittent gold dots. the inner white faded dial also has black painted roman numerals and Cartier inner minute track and bleu steel leaf hands.
