A very unusual Cartier dress watch with the rectangle on the horizontal. In yellow gold the bezel has the crown position on 6. The faded white dial showing its age has Arabic 12, 3, 6 and 9 numerals with intermittent lines. A black inner Cartier minute track with Cartier signed at 12 and blue steel spear hands complete this unusual horizontal rectangular watch mounted on a dark navy crocodile strap with Cartier clasp. Size: 25x15mm.
